    Assistant Manager - Accounting Services

    We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Alternative Asset Services Division as an Assistant Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration and oversight of client portfolios, including accounting and financial reporting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage client portfolios, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
    • Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
    • Collaborate with senior team members to ensure effective planning, coordination, and completion of NAVs (Net Asset Values).
    • Oversee management reporting and statutory reporting for corporate entities, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements.
    • Develop and implement entity-specific procedures for clients, addressing administration and reporting needs.
    • Act as a liaison with auditors, coordinating audits and providing support as needed.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with local laws, GAAP, IFRS, and other reporting principles.

    Requirements:

    • Professional qualification, such as CA(S) or equivalent.
    • Minimum one year post-articles experience.
    • Minimum three years' experience in the fund industry.
    • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements, including Anti-Money Laundering laws.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to prioritize work and meet strict deadlines.
    • Motivated and driven individual.
    • Fund-related accounting experience is an advantage.
    • Private Debt, Capital Markets, Real Assets, or Private Equity knowledge is a distinct advantage.
