Minimum Requirements

  • Must have at least 2 to 3 years' experience as a HR Administrator within the Motor Industry
  • SAGE VIP Premier system experience essential
  • Payroll knowledge will be an advantageous
  • MIBCO knowledge will be highly advantageous
  • Must have strong administration skills
  • Sound knowledge of disciplinary processes / IR processes
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written
  • Must be able to work in a Corporate Dealer environment
  • Must have contactable references

Salary Structure

  • Basic Salary of R to R based on experience
