    Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

    A dynamic recruitment company, Micah Govender Developments, based in Durban, seeks a highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to work remotely.

    The successful candidate will manage the entire recruitment process, from initial interview to offer stage and beyond. Key responsibilities include:

    • Client Relationships
    • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and businesses, understanding their needs and requirements.
    • Candidate Sourcing
    • Identifying suitable candidates and providing them with information about available opportunities.
    • Recruitment Process Management
    • Navigating the recruitment process from interview to offer stage, ensuring a smooth transition for both clients and candidates.
    • Negotiation and Arrangement
    • Facilitating negotiations between clients and candidates, finalizing salary packages and employment arrangements.
    • Candidate Support
    • Offering CV, interview, and career guidance advice to candidates.
    • Business Development
    • Developing business knowledge and converting it into commercial opportunities through networking and strategic partnerships.

    Key Requirements:

    1. MATRIC Certificate or equivalent qualification.
    2. Previous experience as a recruitment consultant is highly beneficial.
    3. A proven track record of sales, networking, and client development skills.
    4. Excellent time management, organizational, and commercial business acumen.
    5. A genuine passion for success and building a rewarding career.
    6. A winning attitude and resilience to overcome objections.
