Description

Urgently looking for a Contract and Asset Manager for our client based in Johannesburg. The incumbent has to have strong financial background and business acumen.

Responsibilities:

Managing the asset contract proactively and communicate to clients' options available to retain the business;
Update systems to ensure that allocated assets are an accurite reflection of allocated assets;
Ensuring assets are removed from the system after returns, write off or ownership settlements;
Driving, actioning and creating extension contracts a managing the process;
Write motivation documents and supporting analysis of pricing structure for approval by the RIM committee. Provide specialist financial input on affordability and reasonableness of the funder rate on pricing. Ensuring deal is profitable, risks are managed, and assets financing can be offloaded in the secondary market.
