Onboarding and training of new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Assisting with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and programs
Continuously improve and update recruitment templates and documentation as instructed and approved by the Line Manager.
Continuously updating and improving recruitment processes and procedures
Conduct and coordinate recruitment checks (references, credit checks, qualification verification, and criminal check)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent English proficiency and communication skills
People's person that can develop and maintain relationships
