    About the Job: Venda Speaking Customer Service Advisor

    We are seeking a skilled Venda Speaking Customer Service Advisor for our client in Sandton.

    The key objective of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service, identify and understand customer needs, and increase business profitability while maintaining fairness and respect towards customers.

    This involves interacting directly with clients via an inbound line and responding to general inquiries related to contracts and transactions.

    Requirements:

    • At least 12 months of continuous experience in an inbound call centre environment
    • Background in healthcare, insurance, finance, or administration with knowledge of relevant legislation is highly beneficial

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Answering customer calls and responding to requests
    • Providing accurate product and service information to customers
    • Resolving customer issues using internal systems
    • Maintaining accurate call logs and reports
    • Escalating complex cases to senior agents or team leaders as needed
    • Maintaining productivity levels and adhering to quality standards at all times
    • Completing daily administrative tasks and capturing required information in CRM systems
    • Fostering a culture of compliance with company policies and practices
    • Reviewing and addressing customer cases promptly
    • Maintaining adherence to Average Handling Time (AHT) standards
    • Managing workflow and work schedule effectively
    • Ensuring timely completion of customer cases within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
    • Maintaining high-quality customer service according to set standards
    • Ensuring full compliance with business processes, legislation, and standard operating procedures
    • Effective communication with various stakeholders across the organization
    • Demonstrating problem-solving skills, accuracy, and adaptability
    • Motivation, initiative, and ability to work independently
    • Confidence in operating in a dynamic environment
    • Flexibility and agility in adapting to changing situations
    • Collaboration and effective teamwork
    • Prioritizing tasks and workload efficiently

    Work Arrangements:

    • Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00
    • R9000 per month salary
