The Enterprise Cloud Architect will provide technical leadership in the design and development of enterprise cloud architecture services and components.

This role will report into the Technology Services Manager within the Enterprise Systems team.

  • Provide technical leadership in the design and development of enterprise cloud architecture services and components.
  • Execute the overall Enterprise Cloud Strategy for better integration of new and existing products onto Cloud Solutions as part of our Games Cloud adoption.
  • Develop cloud governance on policies and processes that are best fit for Games Global current and future products.
  • Lead the development of guiding enterprise cloud architectural principles that will define guidelines, rules, and standards which will inform enterprise cloud architectural decisions.
  • Develop and maintain documents and artifacts including cloud capability roadmaps, as is gap assessments, future to be cloud architecture, solutions scoping, technical evaluations, security reviews, logical and physical architecture diagrams.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and thirdparty providers to define and implement secure cloud computing environments that align to industry best practices (i.e., Cloud Security Alliance).
  • Ensure cloud architectures adhere to a technical evaluation and approval process.
  • Ensure the cloud environments have effective auditing, monitoring, and logging with identified vulnerabilities following a defined remediation process (i.e., incident management process).
  • Develop a cloud service catalogue and a service enablement/request process that is simple, agile, and efficient for internal teams to request the provision of AWS and Azure services.
  • Implement a welldefined cloud governance framework that enables cloud services and its SLA's to be measured, reported, and improved (includes professionally managing OEM cloud and thirdparty providers).
  • Develop a process to evaluate the financial impact of cloud requests and the future total cost of cloud services and the impact on the IT OPEX budget.
  • Leading cultural change for cloud adoption

  • Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a highpressure environment is crucial.

  • Experience managing large scale technology deployments in complex global business.
  • A comprehensive understanding with proven experience in Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, Project Management, Software Development, IT Infrastructure & IT Operations
  • Experience with Azure DevOps build pipelines, Azure DevOps build Artifacts, and Azure DevOps release pipelines
  • Containerization with Docker
  • Network knowledge for incoming (ingress) traffic and reverse proxies
  • Experience in working with third party managed service providers.
  • Financial management experience is required to effectively manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
  • Experienced in technology sourcing initiatives (i.e., RFP, RFI, RFP) and the legal contracting process (i.e., MSA, SOW, TSA, LOI etc.)
