Key Outcomes
The following outcomes will be expected to be achieved by the Operations Support Consultant:
Support the Operations Management team with enquiries, administration and service quality work
Provide support on key operational processes and includes daily support to internal stakeholders
Resolve escalated service-related incidents to improve internal and external client servicing
Proactively identify potential problem areas within the Operations environment with regards to processes and key controls, as well as proposing solutions
Product and process support including change documentation
Assist with system testing
Management information and operational reporting support and coordination
Assist in ad-hoc business projects and initiatives
Qualifications and Experience
Matric / Grade 12
A relevant tertiary degree or qualification (advantageous)
At least 5 years' experience in Client Services
Relevant Operations experience (at least three years' experience in an Operations environment)
A good understanding of Glacier's Product offering, processes, and product rules
Proven communication skills in English - Written and Verbal Competencies
