    CS Sales Manager Position

    We are seeking a CS Sales Manager for a plant equipment manufacturer.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Customer Insight: Identify and understand customer needs.
    • Segment-Specific Development: Observe market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer landscapes in your cluster.
    • Relationship Management: Collaborate with the team to manage customer relationships, focusing on CS topics.
    • Sales Leadership: Drive sales in the non-food business for chain conveyor and components.
    • Sales and Quotation Support: Initiate the quotation process for CS offerings.
    • Generate Sales Leads: Identify opportunities for equipment and plant businesses.
    • Support the ASM: Collaborate on specific business initiatives.
    • CRM Management: Utilize and maintain dedicated data sets.
    • Business Development: Develop CS business within the BU to meet targets.

    Required Experience & Qualifications

    • Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
    • External Background: Former plant, maintenance, or operations manager.
    • Basic Education: Mechanical or Industrial engineering.
    • Business Fundamentals: Knowledge of marketing and business administration.
    • Tools: MS Office and internal software (Intranet, SAP Quotation, CRM).
    • Business Acumen: Understand major value drivers of customer P&L and explain the impact of company services (ROI).
    • Technical Knowledge: Sufficient background to understand customer needs, including client processes, transformation processes, and operations processes.
    • Sales and Service Knowledge: Process engineering operations and sales expertise.
    • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with mining and energy sectors.
