ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience in operations management dealing with challenging projects and collaborating with stakeholders across products, regions and feature teams.
Extensive experience with DevOps Processes and tools.
Extensive experience with ITIL principles and processes, in particular related to IT Operations.
Extensive experience with Release Management, in complex and production critical environments.
Experience in Agile and waterfall methodologies.
Knowledge and experience with project management principles and methodologies, related to software development.
Ability to analyze existing processes and systems and identify areas for improvement and increased operational efficiency.
Ability to drive and deliver in accordance with deadlines and provide detailed reporting and progress of overall projects/initiatives.
Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Solid working experience of Group IT Operations processes, KPIs, deliverables etc.
Jira and Confluence
Strong Document management and reporting capabilities including creation of standard operations procedures in line with AWM
WHICH QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE DO WE NEED FOR THE ROLE?
IT / Business Degree / Diploma / equivalent years of experience
ITIL Certification advantageous
Operational Excellence / Lean Management Experience and certification advantageous
Project Management Qualification advantageous
Scrum Master Qualification advantageous
8+ years' experience as a Project Manager and / or Scrum Master
8+ years Operations experience in terms of Processes, KPIs, Quality Management etc.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES?
Assess existing processes, systems and data to identify opportunities and device a more efficient delivery of operations excellence skill and knowledge within the Hub.
Develop and document processes and establish a continuous review cycle for content based on best practices and changes in compliance, technology or product.
Develop and implement a comprehensive plan to track key training topic transitions, content development plans, instructional design plans and delivery timelines.
Steer Operational Excellence within respective area of responsibility.Collaborate with all relevant Stakeholders i.e. Process and Product Owners, Line Managers, Agile Masters Operations Managers, Operations Experts etc.
Drive the implementation and enhancement of all required Operations structures and processes, as per Group IT standards and guidelines.
Drive the improvement in Operations knowledge.
Drive continuous improvement to Operations quality / maturity.
Manage interdepartmental and customer expectations and stakeholder engagement.
Monitor overall Initiative performance, progress, and risk status, and maintain a risk register.
Recommend and steer risk mitigating plans to Stakeholders.
Relevant reporting on overall Initiative to Stakeholders.
