    To define and implement a coherent Business Intelligence strategy aligned with the Group's overall strategy; establish and uphold BI best practices and governance standards; analyze the external landscape to provide strategic insights; guide and mentor a team to generate valuable insights for informed business decisions.
    • Develop a Business Intelligence strategy in line with the Group's strategy and ensure its effective execution.
    • Align processes and systems with the Group's platform strategy and needs.
    • Enhance business profitability by delivering BI solutions efficiently within cost parameters.
    • Spearhead medium-term enhancements and oversee their implementation.
    • Promote efficiency by fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and leveraging existing tools from other D&A teams.
    • Supervise data extraction for profiling and define technical BI requirements.
    • Review and approve BI business requirement documentation.
    • Provide concise business summaries for strategic decision-making at executive level.
    • Ensure the effectiveness of dashboards and monitor their usage.
    • Analyze data to extract valuable insights on products, services, trends, and customers for informed decision-making.
    • Guide the team in developing BI models based on analyzed data and benchmarks.
    • Analyze information to identify patterns, discrepancies, and opportunities for decision-making.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders on projects to meet business needs within set timelines and specifications.
    • Contribute to new projects by designing, reviewing, and approving BI solutions.
    • Oversee the solution life cycle, from prioritization to validation, ensuring benefits realization.
    • Drive the intellectual agenda and conceptual framework development for the team.
    • Manage the team's creation of insightful project outputs for stakeholders.
    • Establish partnerships with external experts for key BI projects.
    • Contribute ideas for new data products in the BI environment.
    • Provide thought leadership and specialized expertise.
    • Stay updated on industry best practices and innovative solutions to enhance business outcomes.
    • Take responsibility for BI repository management and maintenance.
