Sales Executive

Complement Recruitment is seeking a Sales Executive for a national company based in Pinetown, Durban, Kwazulu Natal. Experience in the motor industry is preferred.

About the Role:

Develop and Implement Effective Sales Strategies
Work with the Sales Team to Achieve Targets
Maintain High Levels of Customer Service
Guide Customers through the Sales Process
Understand Customer Needs and Preferences

Duties:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Work with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets, and promote the company's services.
Maintain an owner follow-up system and routinely follow up with buyers to ensure continued satisfaction.
Ensure high levels of customer service and communication is maintained.
Overcome objections, and guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
Understand customers needs and preferences and make them feel welcome and supported.
Ensure interim and monthly sales targets are met.
Must be goal orientated.

Requirements:

2-3 years external sales experience, preferably in the motor industry/dealership.
Strong selling skills and process driven.
Valid Unendorsed drivers license, Code 8/B.
No criminal record.
Matric, sales certificate or related beneficial but not essential.
