Key Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate will have Grade 12 and a trade qualification in construction, with at least 5 years of experience as a foreman/site manager.
• A valid driver's license is essential, with carpool arrangements available for site visits.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations and the ability to assess workmanship and safety compliance are crucial for this role.
• The successful candidate will also have Assessor certification or be willing to obtain it.
