Industrial Cleaning and Equipment Hire company located in Umbilo, Durban seeks an _
Internal Sales & Admin_ team member who would drive internal sales and maintain the administration of the business records.


  • Sales pipeline development
  • Generating KZN leads, quotes and digital order processing
  • Marketing the product, making Sales calls to regular and prospective customers to discuss products explain product trends and solicit orders, following leads from clients.
  • Quoting and processing internal hire sales requests in KZN.
  • Responsible for Durban / KZN delivery of goods/services purchased.
  • Weekly followups on pending quotations and leads to ensure a higher Hit-Rate.
  • Processing Tax invoices and Proforma invoices once the client has made payment and goods being delivered
  • Tailor quotations for customers; considering products and delivery dates. Working closely with purchasing, production and shipping to ensure the products arrive and are shipping on time.
  • Taking calls and ensuring the information are sent to all relevant parties, running and development of sales leads
  • Upselling techniques
  • Digital and hardcopy filing, labelling and organisation
  • Organisation and coordination between individuals to ensure customer satifaction
  • Creating and editing documents using Microsoft office with attention to detail, grammar and spelling
  • Upload, Scan, capture, update, track, deliver or edit documents
  • Fetching of information, proactive and outcomes focused to deliver on assigned tasks.
  • Written and oral Communication
  • Stock control

Minimum Requirements:


  • Document formatting using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
  • Matric
  • Minimum 2years sales experience within cleaning and chemical facilities or related
  • Minimum 1year administration experience
  • Sales success in similar or related environment
  • Customer care experience

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary, Temp to perm

Contract length: 01 month


Salary:
R6, R8,000.00 per month
