RESERVATIONS MANAGER - JOHANNESBURG - R Market Related

HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY

Currently recruiting for a qualified and experienced Reservations Manager - Head Office in JHB, for fabulous Game Lodge in the Sabi Sands.

Key duties but not limited to:

Ensure reservations are handled in accordance with company minimum standards for turnaround/confirmation and follow-up.
Answer reservation calls pleasantly and courteously in accordance with the required standards.
Book internal flights and road transfers for guests as required and other ad hoc 3rd party services.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Following up on prepayments, ensure all deposits are accurately posted against each booking.
Issuing confirmations, pro forma invoices, and credit card payment links.
Maintain accurate records of guests' bookings, payments, and additional information.
Manage the OTA extranets and respond to a messages.
