Part-Time Lecturer and Tutor for ACCA Qualification
Job Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a part-time lecturer and tutor for the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) Qualification.
As a lecturer and tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, support, and guidance to students pursuing the ACCA qualification.

Facilitate Learning:
Foster a dynamic learning environment conducive to student engagement, participation, and comprehension. Encourage active learning through discussions, case studies, and practical examples.

Provide Tutoring:
Offer personalized support and guidance to students to enhance their understanding of complex concepts, clarify doubts, and assist with problem-solving.

Develop Teaching Materials:
Create and customize instructional materials such as lecture slides, handouts, practice questions, and supplementary resources to aid student learning and comprehension.

Assessment and Feedback:
Design and administer assessments, quizzes, and exams to evaluate student progress and mastery of course material. Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their performance.

Stay Updated:
Stay abreast of developments in the field of accounting and finance, as well as updates to the ACCA syllabus and examination requirements.

Administrative Tasks:
Assist with administrative tasks related to course management, such as maintaining attendance records, grading assignments, and communicating with students regarding course updates and deadlines.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Hold a recognized professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in accounting and finance, particularly in areas covered by the ACCA syllabus.
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and tools for delivering online lectures and facilitating virtual learning environments.

Schedule and Compensation:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours, typically requiring evening and weekend availability to accommodate student schedules. Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
