    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans, proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, and experience in sales administration.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    1. Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
    2. Communicate with customers online to confirm orders, provide updates, and resolve queries.
    3. Assist the sales team with administrative tasks including preparing quotes, invoices, and sales reports.
    4. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
    5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
    6. Monitor and follow up on outstanding orders and payments.
    7. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and analyses to the management team.

    Requirements

    • Grade 12 or relevant qualification highly advantageous.
    • Clear criminal record.
    • Excellent communication in English and Afrikaans.
    • Proficient in MS Office and any CRM software.
    • Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or similar role.
    • Online sales experience advantageous.
