    Description
    Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support across the organisation by applying a Customer First culture. Oversee general maintenance ensuring daily operations of meeting rooms audio and video equipment are in functional order. Resolve escalations and critical incidents, identify areas creating tension impacting interpersonal dynamics between service desk technicians and customers. Coordinate all audio-visual events internally and externally including setup, operation, and coordination of audio-visual requirements. Troubleshoot problems faced by end-users of PCs, laptops, and mobile phones. Provide live streaming for events and post-production of these events. Maintain and repair equipment used to enhance live events such as microphones, lighting, and sound mixing equipment and video recorders. Assist Senior IT Service Desk Technician ensuring service delivery is upheld in their absence. Develop and deploy solutions for computer-related problems. Minimise downtime by keeping users informed about ticket/requests status and confirming resolution of client issues. BSc/BA in IT/Computer Science or related field required. Microsoft certifications beneficial. Minimum 5-8 years experience in IT Service Desk environment running Microsoft Software and Applications. Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control.
