    Contact Centre Support Manager at Hollywoodbets

    Hollywoodbets is a leading sports betting company operating across Africa and the United Kingdom. We have an exciting opportunity for a Contact Centre Support Manager to be based in Umhlanga.

    The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of office administration and facilities management functions, leading a team that handles administrative tasks, asset management, and maintenance of the office environment. They will ensure smooth, efficient operations, adherence to company policies, and timely completion of tasks.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and supervise the office support and facilities team.
    • Provide technical support to the CC Operations Support Specialist and CC Operations Administrators.
    • Analyze and report back on monthly CC expenses and trends.
    • Manage stock control and contact center assets.
    • Directly liaise with developers and IT infrastructure team.

    Requirements:

    • 2-3 years administration management experience.
    • Finance, budgets or asset management experience.
    • Degree/Diploma in related field (desirable).
