    OpenText and Appworks Technical Application Specialist

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a highly skilled OpenText and Appworks Technical Application Specialist to provide technical support and business analysis services for our company applications.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Provide OpenText application functional support to users within our company group, including its subsidiaries.
    2. Drive business analysis initiatives for enhancements to our company applications, from initiation to implementation.
    3. Facilitate workshops and consult with business owners and stakeholders to define problems and identify business requirements.
    4. Analyse business processes and procedures, and identify possible solutions.
    5. Develop business cases to support solution expansion and feasibility.
    6. Manage user requirement management throughout the system development life cycle.
    7. Manage change requirements, specifications, and acceptance testing.
    8. Maintain stakeholder relationships to deliver high-quality service and fit-for-purpose solutions.
    9. Configure complex business processes and tasks within systems for improvement.
    10. Identify and register risks within application functional streams.
    11. Configure applications according to approved business requirements and best practice.
    12. Develop training material, plans, and present courses to support new application functions.
