Description
Produces technical plans and drawings of structures from engineer's designs and specifications. Use CAD, & REVIT for draughting and detailing, under the supervision of an Engineer. Required to make basic designs and dimensional and standard calculations to meet designer's requirements.

  • Develop detailed drawings of system components for construction and installation; assist engineering team with drafting of system plans and system design; Confirm the accuracy of supplied construction and workshop drawings to produce HVAC and electrical drawings for each project, in accordance with ISO9000.
  • Maintain the accuracy and completeness of the drawings register
  • When required, assist the estimators with the measuring activities
  • Ensure that all drawings on site are current
  • Ensure that the required equipment as specified by the engineer is correctly listed with the drawings.
  • Performing general admin duties and archiving of designs and drawings

Education

  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 25 years proven experience is HVAC & R design and drawing

Systems

  • Revit
  • AutoCad
