    Brief description of the vacancy:
    Sales Representatives are responsible for driving business growth within a company.

    They develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.


    − Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
    − Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
    − Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
    − Go beyond expectations for Customer Service & Create Raving Fans.
    − Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
    − Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
    − Run the showroom floor / retail space & ensure this is functional and enticing.
    − Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results.
    − Provides Weekly Sales feedback reports each Friday.
    − Ensure the layout of the showroom is presentable at all times
    − Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
    − Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
    − Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
    − Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
    − Be the face of the Gorilla Sports brands finding new ways to gain exposure.
    − Management of phone calls and prompt pick-up and phone back when required.
    − Ensure weekend sales temps working and to standard. Eg inv on Yoco.
    − Yoco and dear and all platform recon correctly for all sales done through B2B and showroom
    − Daily sales training required (within work hours) 8am.
    − Sales agents must be correct on orders. Ie. showroom made by temps, no incorrect changing of orders, skewing the figures, commissions is a dismissible offense


    Experience required:
    − Retail Experience selling products to customers.

    Candidate MUST have sales experience – this is very important to the customer


    Computer Skills required:
    − Computer Literate with experience working with a CRM
    − Excellent Google Docs with Google Sheets experience.

    − The employee is responsible for mastering the Freshworks CRM, promptly responding to website inquiries within 60 seconds, and maintaining a customer follow-up strategy that includes at least six interactions with each client annually, ensuring no customer goes a year without contact
