Description

Our client is looking for Enrolled nurses all over South Africa for specialized units.

AREA:
Cape Town (Milnerton, Bellville, Cape Gate, Durbanville, Plumstead and/or Somerset West)

SALARY:
Market Related

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To deliver safe, quality nursing care according to the Scope of Practice

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Deliver quality nursing care in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team

Identify, prevent and report risks to ensure patient safety

Facilitate a positive patient experience by creating a conducive environment

Provide accurate and comprehensive records of all nursing interventions

Participate in creating a learning environment that builds staff competence

Ensure that all utilized stock and equipment are accurately charged

REQUIRED EDUCATION

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION:
Enrolled Nurse Certificate

DESIRED EDUCATION:
For specialized wards, CPD courses in specific specialty area (ICU, Surgical, Obstetrics, Theatre, Medical, Neurology or Orthopedics)

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
None

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:1 year post qualification experience before placement in a specialized unit
