Job Description:

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the dining experience within our hotel.

Your duties will include supervising and coordinating the activities of the restaurant and bar staff, ensuring high-quality service standards are maintained at all times.

You will also be tasked with training and mentoring team members, monitoring inventory levels, and assisting with the development and implementation of new menu items and promotions.

Additionally, you'll work closely with management to uphold health and safety regulations and provide a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including ordering, inventory management, and cost control
Familiarity with health and safety regulations and standards
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
