    Description

    HVAC Supervisor

    Our client requires an experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee the installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC systems for clients in Johannesburg.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of HVAC Technicians and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, to the highest quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintenance Management: Oversee all HVAC installations and maintenance throughout the portfolio.
    • Team Supervision: Supervise internal and external teams of HVAC Technicians.
    • Asset Management: Prepare maintenance schedules (PPM) and registers of all assets.
    • Customer Service: Liaise with tenants on breakdowns and resolve building maintenance queries timeously.
    • Contract Management: Ensure service providers' Service Level Agreements are managed according to agreed terms and conditions.
    • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant Acts.
    • Process Governance: Control, manage, and govern processes and systems within the area of accountability to ensure compliance and minimize business risk.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Refrigeration Trade Test - Red Seal or NQF 6 Airconditioning.
    • Matric.
    • Drivers License.
    • 3-5 years as HVAC Technician / Supervisor.
    • Strong technical knowledge.
    • Familiar with all systems and different products.
