    Description

    To effectively and efficiently participate in all portfolio administration processes, ensuring accurate completion of tasks. This role manages the delivery of high-quality services to clients, builds effective relationships with internal teams, and promotes a culture of high performance, innovation, ambition, and continuous improvement within Investment Operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Private Markets:
      • Update market values
      • Process transactions (calls, distributions, etc.)
      • Monitor communication
      • Notify clients
    • Pricing:
      • Evaluate the daily pricing process for accuracy and success
      • Ensure benchmarks are precise
      • Resolve pricing queries with administrators and stakeholders
      • Support the pricing team
    • Trade & Rebalancing:
      • Assist trade and rebalance teams as required
      • Resolve trading queries with the rebalance team and administrators
    • Adhoc:
      • Provide support to senior management
      • Ensure timely and accurate day-to-day dealings with APEX
      • Manage daily NAV queries from an implementation perspective
      • Develop effective relationships with internal teams (platform and investment)
      • Resolve queries

    Requirements:

    • National Certificate or Matriculation
    • Bachelor's Degree (3 years) in Financial Market Instruments
    • Experience in financial instruments, implementations/transitions, and portfolio administration
