    Description

    We are seeking individuals who can excel in diverse roles, including Solar Sales Trader, Solar Business Development Manager, Channel Manager, Leader, or Sales Project Management expert.


    The ideal candidate will actively collaborate internally with Sales, Product, Service, and Commercial Departments to collectively advance Huawei's Values.

    We have a special interest in candidates coming from EPCs or Distribution backgrounds, especially those with expertise in Valued Account Development and Optimization.



    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and nurture new potential customers through comprehensive needs analyses and understanding of their solar-related challenges.
    • Communicate the Digital Power Value Proposition and Products effectively to customers.
    • Collaborate with product specialists, solutions architects, and channel partners for effective customer presentations.
    • Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
    • Gain insights into potential business opportunities aligned with overall strategy and business objectives.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of the sales strategy.
    • Engage with customers across various levels, ensuring strong integration of Huaweis DCI value proposition.
    • Successful breakthrough opportunities will be a key performance indicator.
    • Facilitate and influence Research and Development (R&D) engagement, completion of Proof of Concept (POC), and participation in HQ events for key development accounts.

    Experience, Qualifications, and Skills Required:

    • Over 8 years of relevant work experience.
    • Strong understanding of Solar industry trends and strategies.
    • In-depth knowledge of the competitive vendor landscape.
    • Ability to effectively transfer knowledge through written and verbal communication.
    • Extensive relationships and a well-established network within the Solar Customer Ecosystem.
    • Exceptional proficiency in Solar markets, trends, and vendor dynamics.
    • Demonstrated track record of successfully achieving revenue goals and KPIs within the Solar Sector.
