We are hiring at Body Future Gym - Parow

Are you a friendly, well presented individual with experience as a front desk receptionist who's able to?

  • Provide world class customer service to all members within the clubs and resolve member queries
  • Ensure that reception area is always tidy, clean and neat.
  • Regulate and monitor all members accessing and exiting the facility, check that members are up to date on their account.
  • Process member payments (credit card, cash)
  • Issue receipts
  • Handle member queries.
  • Refer new potential members to sales office.
  • Answer the telephone in a friendly efficient manner and transfer to the relevant department
  • Membership administration

- DEBT COLLECTION EXPERIENCE IS A MUST TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.

- Fitness club experience advantageous.

Job Types:

Salary:
R R4 500 per month + commission
