    General Manager

    About the Role:

    This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned leader to drive growth and profitability as the General Manager of our organization.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies that fuel expansion and profitability.
    • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance with industry standards, and seamless departmental collaboration.
    • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and nurture a dedicated team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
    • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, track performance, and maintain financial stability.
    • Sales & Marketing Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve business targets, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Leadership Scope: Supervise a team of approximately 47 employees across two branches in Johannesburg/Cape Town.
    • Linguistic Proficiency: Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans.
    • Driving Requirements: Possess a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

    Estimated Salary:

    R1,200,000 - R1,500,000 per annum

    Key Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role.
    • Exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills.
    • Strong business acumen and operational management expertise.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
