We are growing and expanding rapidly, and we are looking for a sales consultant that will expand our client base.

We are looking for a talented professional sales consultant with high motivation, and target orientated to join our team in our Rivonia Offices.

This is a competitive role where results need to be produced.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and researching new local and international markets.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Monitoring and reporting the activities of competitors and improving our services.
  • Support forecasting and strategizing to meet targets.
  • Communicating clearly and promptly with clients.
  • Handling any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Communicate with clients, colleagues, managers, directors, and other stakeholders in different cultures and through various forms of communication.
  • Interpersonal skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, both in person and remotely.
  • Adaptability: Must be able to adjust to different cultures, norms, and negotiation styles.
  • Negotiation skills: Strong negotiation skills are crucial in order to close sales and build long term business relationships.
  • Resilience: You will encounter obstacles and rejection, its important to have a thick skin and the ability to bounce back quickly.
  • Strong problem solving skills: Ability to think on your feet and find creative solutions to problems is important to this role.
  • Persistence: Calling, following up on leads, and meeting sales goals. Needs to be persistent and not give up easily.
  • Goal orientated: Ability to set and work towards achieving goals is crucial for success in this role.
  • Strong ethical principles: Trust is important for building and maintaining business relationships, and we require the sales representative to have a strong ethical principles.
  • Matric Certificate.
  • Proven Sales Experience Record.
  • Sales Certificate / Formal training.

Knowledge and Experience:


  • At least 2+ years' working experience as a Sales Consultant.

  • Proficient in Business English and Afrikaans.
  • Good Communication Skills & Presentation Skills.
  • Good Negotiator Skills.
  • Well Organized, Assertive, Punctual.
  • Good Business Acumen.
  • Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Multitasking should be a strong point.
  • High Level of Accuracy.
  • Professionalism.
  • Office Coordination & Liaison.
  • Managing Office Documents.
  • Record Keeping.
  • MS Office Proficient.
  • Foster & maintain longterm client relationships.
  • Regularly checks in with assistant manager & executes instructions from management.
  • Providing regular reporting.
