    General Manager Mnandi Braai PTY (LTD) 1.1. Act as an overall accounting officer for Mnandi Braai 1.2. Oversee daily operations of the business 1.3. Drive and Manage the overall Brand Growth Strategy and Store Roll Out across South Africa and Beyond 1.4. Lead the implementation of brand development strategy 1.5. Build, lead, and support the management team and all team members 1.6. Build and manage a strong and profitable franchise model 1.7. Provide strategic direction and support to all managers 1.8. Ensure a seamless and effective integration across the operations office, central kitchen, distribution centers, logistics department, and all stores 1.9. Develop strategies to ensure that all stores and central kitchen meet their monthly and annual targets 1.10. Ensure all stores achieve the highest standards of customer service 1.11. Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and ethics by your team 1.12. Ensure regular research on brand perceptions and customer satisfaction is conducted to remain true to our Brand Promise 1.13. Work with the Market Insights team to study and collate competitor activity and develop counter-strategies 1.14. Build a strong and customer-centric brand 1.15. Act as the ultimate brand custodian for Mnandi Braai 1.16. Conduct end-to-end quarterly brand audits to identify any weaknesses and counter any potential challenge 1.17. Build and manage a strong On-Line Sales Strategy 1.18. Ensure that all employees understand the Mnandi brand values and principles 1.19. Act as the brands official spokesperson Soft skills 3.1 Motivational and Inspirational 3.2 Conflict Management Skills 3.3 Team Worker 3.4 Attentive 3.5 Emotional Intelligence
