We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual for a Marketing Manager position with expertise in graphic design, website design, and video content creation.

We value relevant skills, practical experience, and a strong passion for marketing and multimedia content.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Website Design: Assist in creating userfriendly and responsive web pages to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Work closely with the web development team to implement design elements effectively.
  • Video Content Creation: Participate in developing video content for marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, and brand storytelling. Collaborate with the team to create, edit and enhance video footage.
  • Social Media Management: Contribute to the creation of eyecatching visuals and videos for social media platforms. Assist in scheduling and publishing multimedia content to engage the target audience and increase brand visibility.
  • Content Support: Collaborate with the content team to provide multimedia elements that complement written articles and blog posts. Offer creative ideas to enhance content marketing initiatives.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Support the marketing team in monitoring the performance of campaigns, graphic designs, and videos using analytics tools. Assist in preparing basic reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
  • Basic understanding of web design principles and user experience (UX).
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving skills with a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Data Analysis
  • Attention to detail and the ability to follow design guidelines.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and their content requirements.
  • Passion for marketing, graphic design, and multimedia content creation.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Previous relevant experience in graphic design, website design, or video content creation (e.g., projects).
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS for minor web design adjustments.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web publishing platforms.
  • Enthusiasm for staying up to date with the latest design trends and marketing strategies.

  • Graphic design: 3 years (preferred)
