    Investec Sandton is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics (D365) Support Analyst for the Investec UK One Client Platform team who would be fully responsible for System Support, User Support and Data Maintenance within D365 and its connected services. This role works collaboratively within a cross-functional platform team to create an environment of excellence in supporting our processes and solutions within the One Client Platform.

    The successful applicant will be expected to align to UK Banking Business hours and interact with users at all levels within the organization providing an Out of the Ordinary experience for users navigating the One Client Platform processes. The role is broadly defined as.

    System Support
    - Providing first-line support for D365 system issues, including troubleshooting, and resolution
    - Collaborating with users to understand their issues and provide timely resolutions
    - Logging and tracking support tickets, ensuring they are resolved within agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs)
    - Conducting root cause analysis to identify and address recurring issues
    - Assisting with user training and documentation
    - Liaising with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues

    Data Management:
    - Ensuring data integrity and accuracy within the D365 system
    - Performing regular data audits and reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies
    - Assisting users in data entry, data import/export, and data cleansing activities
    - Collaborating with data governance teams to define and enforce data quality standards
    - Participating in data migration and integration projects, ensuring smooth data transfer between systems

    Communication and Collaboration:
    - Serving as a point of contact for users and stakeholders, effectively communicating system-related information
    - Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as business analysts, developers, and product managers
    - Participating in team meetings, providing updates on support activities
    - Documenting system issues, resolutions, and knowledge articles for future reference
    - Providing training and support to end-users on system functionality and best practices
    - Building and maintaining positive relationships with users and stakeholders, fostering a customer-centric support culture

    Experience, skill and capability
    - 3 years' experience in supporting end users and systems
    - Experience providing end user training and facilitating knowledge sharing sessions
    - Experience in working with data imports, exports, and maintenance
    - Experience in working with technical teams to resolve incidents/issues
    - Experience in Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as business analysts, developers, and product manager/owners
    - Proficiency in the Microsoft Eco-System, including SharePoint, Office Suite

    Highly advantageous
    - Possession of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certificate / Hands on experience supporting D365
    - Possession of certifications in the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI etc.)
