Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers to identify their needs and preferences.
  • Present and demonstrate vehicles to prospective buyers.
  • Guide customers through the sales process, providing detailed information on financing options, warranties, and additional services.
  • Conduct negotiations and effectively close sales deals to achieve monthly targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new models, and features.

Requirements:


  • 24 years of proven sales experience, with a preference for experience in the automotive industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and closing abilities.
  • High level of honesty and reliability.
  • Sober habits.
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced, targetdriven environment.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
