Job Summary
- The Key Accounts Representative will be responsible for maintaining and developing strong relationships with key accounts in the logistics industry
Main Job Function:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Generate sales according to specified target
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer needs are being met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement account plans that align with company goals and objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on account performance to management.
- Maintain, update and manage the CRM tool
- Negotiate business opportunities and increases with clients
Inherent Requirements - Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales and account management within the logistics industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
