    At Profile Personnel, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Litigation Specialist to join our dynamic legal team. As a key member of our team, you will handle complex legal disputes, provide strategic advice to clients, and represent them in court proceedings, arbitration, and mediation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Case Management: Handle a diverse caseload of litigation matters from inception to resolution, including commercial, civil, or other specialized litigation areas
    • Client Representation: Advocate for clients in court proceedings, arbitration, and mediation, ensuring the best possible outcomes
    • Legal Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough legal research to provide sound advice and develop case strategies
    • Drafting & Negotiation: Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and settlement agreements. Negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
    • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, manage expectations, and offer guidance throughout the litigation process
    • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards, minimizing risks for clients and the firm
    • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across practice areas to provide comprehensive legal services

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; completion of Legal Practice Course (LPC) or equivalent qualification
    • Licensure: Must be a Qualified Attorney licensed to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
    • Experience: A minimum of X years' experience in litigation, with a proven track record of handling complex cases
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
    • Advocacy Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to persuasively present arguments in court
    • Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build trust and rapport with clients, colleagues, and court officials
    • Time Management: Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
