Discovery paraplanning experience an absolute must

The Employee is responsible for, but not limited to the following tasks:

Extracting all information from new business file provided by the broker and

inserting information into Discovery Smart advice, with the view of completing a

comprehensive FNA.

Performing an Astute download and portfolio analysis.
Run comparative quotes with the view of moving all clients to Discovery. These are

to include our house view on all investment fund selections as well as from a risk

product perspective.

Preparation of a file to present to a client, this file must include:
A. Analysis of clients existing portfolio

B. Comparative quotes with Discovery Life, Discovery Invest, Discovery Insure and

Discovery Health.

C. All relevant tools to illustrate performance of products or the workings of technical

aspects of the product in question.

D. All relevant paid up quotes for replacement of investment products as well as fully

drafted Section 14 documentation.

E. A summary of products detailing the benefits of the proposal.

F. A fully completed compliance pack with detailed record of advise to clients.

G. Fully completed cancelation letters should they be required.

H. Life, Health, Investment and short term insurance broker appointments. If they are

Discovery products then the broker appointment is to be for the broker, should the

policies not be at Discovery then appointment forms to Candice Giles within TLH

Capital.

I. Full review of fund choices within the client's portfolio.

J. Broker has a maximum one week turnaround time on presenting to the relevant

new business client

K. Servicing of existing clients

L. Credit control

Salary:
From R18,000.00 per month
