Payroll Manager
Join our team as a Payroll Manager and take on the challenge of leading the payroll function for our allocated department and/or entities, supporting over 1000 employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with required standards and deadlines
- Reconcile General Ledger and statutory returns
- Manage third-party payments and company policies
- Update monthly payroll financial records
- Prepare reports on earnings, taxes, deductions, and leave
- Provide payroll-related information and support to employees
- Manage electronic timekeeping systems and calculate payable hours, commissions, bonuses, tax withholdings, and deductions
- Prepare and issue earnings statements
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in Finance
- 7 years' payroll experience
- Sound working knowledge of VIP Payroll and Sage
- Excellent MS Office Skills
