- Our client within the financial/insurance services is looking for a Group Head of Sales to look after 3 sales Division of the company. The Group Head of Sales will be responsible for the effective functioning of all distribution channels, developing, implementing, and monitoring sales strategies.
- Minimum requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, Finance or any businessrelated studies
- RE5 or RE
- More than 7 years' experience in a Senior Sales Managerial role
- Experience in Insurance, Financial Services, or Banking industry
- Strong understanding of Unions
- Experience in dealing with Unions
