    Job Responsibilities

    • Manage company marketing initiatives.
    • Direct marketing strategy using market research and analysis.
    • Oversee production of promotional materials and campaigns.
    • Report marketing and sales results to executive team.

    Product and Sales

    • Identify target markets and develop sales strategies.
    • Analyze market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.
    • Enhance industry knowledge by utilizing collateral from subject matter experts to create impactful content that communicates brand and delivers message.
    • Deliver successful marketing campaigns owning each stage of process end-to-end.
    • Develop and improve marketing materials and products to assist sales process.
    • Provide marketing reports on sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information, etc.

    Marketing & Brand Management

    • Develop marketing and advertising strategies and plans.
    • Manage brand consistency across all touch points.
    • Promote business brand with effective communication and newsletters.
    • Vet third-party providers against performance and outputs.
    • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research and platform determination.
    • Develop LinkedIn posts with strategic writing techniques and targeted frameworks.
    • Manage website content, images, updates, newsfeeds, SEO, and alignment to business strategy.
    • Lead marketing initiatives with internal and external resource teams.
    • Work closely with global office personnel on office branding and customer interface.
    • Measure and report on performance measures and return on investment.
    • Complete management of industry-specific events.
    • Manage marketing budget and secure third-party funding collaborations.
    • Initiate vendor-specific targeting projects in collaboration with subject matter experts.
    • Assist team members with day-to-day marketing tasks.

    Communication and Relationships

    • Build relationships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
    • Represent the brand professionally and knowledgeably during client and supplier engagements.
    • Collaborate with managerial staff and colleagues.

    General

    • Work individually or as part of a team where appropriate.
    • Fulfill training and examination requirements as per Company's skills matrix.
    • Carry out tasks required to achieve deliverables.
    • Familiarize yourself with Company's portfolio of Products, Services, Customers, Suppliers, and internal Procedures.

    Desired Experience & Qualification

    Necessary Experience and/or Qualification

    • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Marketing.
    • 5-8 years of experience within similar role.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, emails, social media, presentations.
    • Knowledge and experience in Design software preferred.
    • Experience in Technology, ICT or Telecoms environment preferred.
    • International environment experience preferred.
    • Knowledgeable in wide range of marketing techniques and concepts.
    • Creative and Innovative.
    • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
    • Confident and outgoing personality.
    • Excellent attention to detail.
    • Well organized, self-motivated, ability to multi-task.
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
    • Proficient and comfortable with new technology.
    • Able to work independently and as valued team member.
