Xone Integrated Security is currently recruiting a Security Contract Manager in the
Stellenbosch, WC region and surrounding areas.

Qualifications:

Valid PSIRA Grade A certificate
Matric certificate/ Grade 12 Equivalent
Security Management certificate / Diploma or a relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous.
Valid Driver's License and Own reliable transport, including weekend and afterhour visits and audits
COC Preferable (Handgun, Shotgun and Rifle for Business Purposes) Skills

Skills

Computer literate and Proficient in Microsoft office (Word/Excel /Outlook/ PowerPoint )
Exceptional Management and Customer/ Client relation skills.
Plan, direct and coordinate operations on the allocated site
Minimum 5 years relevant experience on large estates.
Minimum 5 years previous Security Management Experience.
Proficient communication in both English and Afrikaans (verbal and written).
Report writing, investigation and auditing skills
Leadership, pro active and strong client relationship skills
Ability to prioritize according to Operational Needs
A sound and proven understanding of security technology
Ability to meet challenging deadlines
Management of Security Service Level Agreements with clients to full compliance
