    We are seeking a Senior Technical Advisor to join our team at Edward Snell & Co. In this role, you will provide technical support and guidance to help drive business growth and innovation. Your expertise will be essential in developing sustainable, cost-effective, and competitive sourcing and manufacturing solutions.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical advice and strategic direction concerning technical issues.
    • Develops sustainable, cost-effective, and competitive sourcing and manufacturing solutions and structures.
    • Establish internal and external innovation networks for benchmarking purposes and keep abreast of manufacturing, packaging, and new product trends aligned to the organisation's strategy and roadmap.
    • Delivers a strategically aligned innovation and renovation pipeline with new products that conform to quality and safety standards and are executed on time to agreed costs.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical engineering, preferably with experience in the procurement field. You should also possess excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, and be able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
