    • Analyzing and debugging system and postpaid application issues, conducting thorough research and diagnosis.
    • Escalating unresolved issues to internal teams, ensuring prompt and accurate feedback to customers, and recording issue closures.
    • Contribution to root cause analysis documentation and knowledge base updates.
    • Executing scheduled standby activities, deploying new services and products, and preparing timely reports within defined timeframes.
    • Participating in meetings, monitoring systems and processes, and identifying gaps in monitoring.
    • Effective communication, solution-focused approach, and brand ambassadorship.
    • Demonstrating continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, and provide quality seamless customer service.
    • Receiving instructions from superiors and acting diligently and effectively.
    • Extended working hours to participate in conference calls, perform standby duties, and production deployments as required.

    About You

    • Essential SQL knowledge; PLSQL experience is a plus.
    • Strong Linux skills are required.
    • Oracle APEX skills would be beneficial.
    • Bash scripting expertise is advantageous.
    • Ability to retrieve data from Oracle databases using PL/SQL procedures/packages.
    • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
    • Knowledge of system monitoring and alarming processes.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, accurate forecasting, and client orientation.
    • Comfortable interacting with all levels in customer organizations.
    • Respect and value diversity.
    • Multitasker, self-motivated, trustworthy, honest, and accountable.
    • Efficiency, quality assurance, attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and team player.
