    Green Marble Recruitment Consultants is looking for a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for assembling metal components using heavy machinery, emitting high heat to melt the required metal into a desired shape.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Assemble metal components using heavy machinery, emitting high heat to melt the required metal into a desired shape.
    • Review technical drawings, cutting metal into required shape, and smoothing molten metal to remove creases.
    • Read and understand technical drawings prior to starting a project.
    • Measure and cut material according to specifications.
    • Weld materials using the correct technique to join metals.
    • Monitor the fitting, burning, and welding processes to avoid overheating parts or warping, shrinking distortion, or expansion of materials.
    • Clean, polish, fill, and bathe in acidic solutions of welded products, adding protective and decorative finishes.
    • Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet tolerances with technical drawings.
    • Assist the shopfitting team with production and installation.
