    Overview

    Gilbane is seeking a Project Engineer to support the project team in maintaining the project timeline, within budget and to the quality specified.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, general contracting, or electrical engineering.

    EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
    • 5+ years of experience in a large trade contractor, construction management, or general contractor organization
    • Strong preference for Arabic speaking

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

    • Strong verbal and written skills
    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and familiarity with BlueBeam
    • Proven capability to establish measurable performance goals and hold others accountable
    • Ability to articulate financial knowledge and customer satisfaction awareness
    • Demonstrated ability to adapt communication style to suit the target audience
    • Financial management familiarity
    • OSHA 30-hour certification strongly preferred
    • MEP knowledge
    • Understanding of contract documents & specifications
    • Proficient in Procore
    • Expertise in CMiC preferred
