    Description

    Debtor Account Manager

    To manage allocated debtors (specific accounts) of the debtor's book, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collect Payments: Actively collect payments according to agreed payment terms.
    • Account Reconciliations: Perform daily reconciliations of allocated accounts to ensure accuracy.
    • Client Information Management: Maintain up-to-date and accurate client information on our system.
    • Payment Processing: Process payments, bank deposits, and journals as required.
    • Client Queries: Respond to all related client queries in a professional manner.

    Salary:

    $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree: In credit management, finance, or accounting management.
    • Credit Control Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in credit control, with strong collections experience.
    • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver under pressure.
    • Communication Skills: Good people skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines and targets.
