    Description

    Coca-Cola Beverages Africa seeks a highly skilled Account Manager to join our Sales team. This exciting role is based in Tzaneen and reports directly to the Sales Manager.

    Key Responsibilities

    We are looking for a talented individual with relevant skills and experience to develop, implement, and maintain effective account plans.

    Objectives

    • Manage the profitable sales of CCBSA products
    • Develop and maintain new business relationships and opportunities

    The successful candidate will drive customer excellence, brand loyalty, and profitable volume growth by executing targeted sales strategies and building strong relationships with customers.

    Deliverables

    1. Develop and execute account plans that meet or exceed sales targets
    2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth
    3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders

    Able to work independently with minimal supervision, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. They will be able to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans to achieve sales objectives.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
    • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales or account management
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships
