Description

I am looking for two sales roles (radio sales executive and senior radio sales executive) for a leading Radio station in KZN, the role is KZN based.

You must have sales experience in Radio or direct advertising with direct client relationships


Core requirements:

Matric/Grade 12
Drivers licence and own transport essential
Proven Sales track record in media
Experience in a sales environment
Effective communication skills
Passionate about customer service
Be able to create a business plan
Computer literate (MS Office, Powerpoint and Excel)
Good business writing skills (proposal writing)
Be able to work in a pressured environment and meet targets
Attention to detail
Report writing required


Skills level of required:

Plan and propose campaigns three months ahead
Use resources wisely to predict future performance
Ensure constant evaluation of campaign needs and provide feedback
Accurately present our USP to clients
Meeting monthly sales targets, quarterly and annual
Create awareness of new products
Client relationship report ensuring maintenance of relationships with clients
Use first-party data to assist with meeting targets
Achieve the set amount of client calls
Achieve proactive campaigns targets
Effectively ensure interdepartmental communication in respect of each onair campaign.
Ensure the campaign is effectively and accurately implemented new business Management
Successfully procure new business and close sales
Develop methods to procure new clients
End client meetings with requests for referrals
Effectively manage the client relationship via a planned CRM strategy Attend to general administrative duties
Constantly ensure that the billings and figures are correct
Prepare for and attend meetings regularly as planned
Submit reports on or before the set deadline/s
Follow the Comm Hub policies and procedures for booking campaigns
Constantly researching and drafting accurate proposals
Continuously updating the client database
Continuously renewing existing client campaigns and retention of present clients
Regular pre-call and post-call planning and research
Ensure that contact reports are completed and submitted to client
