Responsible for effectively implementing the principles of Scrum to support the product development process, the Product Owners and the Scrum teams. Participates proactively in developing and maintaining team standards. Facilitate the implementation of Agile practices and strive to increase teamwork, openness and improved communication. Enable the team to complete deliverables within the sprint. Assists with backlog maintenance and the resolution of defects/bugs.

Main responsibilities:

Assist and mentor other junior Scrum Masters, and team members, within the organisation on Agile principles.
***:

Assist with backlog maintenance and the resolution of defects/bugs.
***:

Identifying and requesting necessary personnel/resources needed, developing a projet plan per client, tracking progress for each cleint as well as managing each cleint expectation
***:
-
Supervise and lead the team either in the absence of the Portfolio Manager, or to assist the PFM
***:
-
A good understanding of the overall solutions for clients in the portfolio, so that he/she is able to better coordinate and drive efforts of Connect team and client representative
***:
-
Join a Scrum Master user group/communities to share experiences, keep up to date with whats happening in the field and then participate in knowledge sharing of this
***:
-
Review and improve the Agile processes across in the team and later on within the organisation.

Job requirements
***-
Certified scrum master/scrum practitioner.
***:
-
Minimum of 3 years' experience working in an agile environment.
***:
-
Solid understanding of Devops
***:
-
Exceptional interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.
***:
-
Strong knowledge and understanding of clients' needs
***:
-
Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the "big picture" view, especially when looking at the client solutions
***:
-
Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience interacting with individuals at all level including executive leadership.
