    Description

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the entire product lifecycle of stationery and office equipment, from selection to sales and end-of-life management.
    • Provide in-depth product information, training, and support to enhance sales team effectiveness.
    • Serve as a product expert during client interactions, presentations, and negotiations.
    • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
    • Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute product promotions and campaigns.
    • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate terms and manage costs.
    • Achieve sales & service targets by:
    • Understanding client needs across business sectors.
    • Researching and understanding client needs to customize services.
    • Engaging clients through presentations and events to increase awareness and understanding of services.
    • Driving product initiatives to promote services and educate clients on offerings.
    • Training sales teams on product/service offerings and client engagement.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Management, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
    • 3-5 years of experience in sales or product specialist role within stationery, office equipment, or related industries.
    • Demonstrable experience with similar product lines.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving product performance.

    Skills & Competencies

    • Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of stationery and office equipment products.
    • Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation and client management skills.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data and sales performance metrics.
    • Initiative & Drive: Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
    • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with sales, marketing, and procurement teams.
    • Account management experience in document management and archival-related industries is advantageous.
    • Business-to-business (B2B) experience is essential.
    • Excellent track record in delivering high-level sales presentations is required.
    • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Communicate with senior management levels and have business acumen.
    • Travel between sites/clients and be highly computer literate.
    • Exhibit excellent organizational skills and demonstrate ability to prepare tender documents.
    • Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
